Josh is a visionary when it comes to growing a brand’s visibility through strategic promotional marketing. He works closely with businesses big & small to create branded merchandise that drives engagement and ROI. With 20+ years in promotional marketing, Josh has supported clients in healthcare, banking, and hospitality. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family.

Keith Wages
Keith is a team member who believes great service starts with responsiveness and trust. He values meaningful relationships and thoughtful follow-through. With 15 years in ministry and 4+ years in promotional marketing, Keith has supported clients in education, non-profits, and the utility industry. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking and spending time with his wife & kids.

Gabe holds a ton of knowledge when it comes to the promo world. He is focused on creating lasting relationships that drive meaningful business results. With 20+ years as a promo supplier & recently making the switch to Relevant as a distributor, Gabe has supported clients in golf, education, hospitality, and Healthcare. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family & them DAWGS.

Michelle Jones
Michelle leads operations at Relevant, ensuring every campaign runs seamlessly from start to finish. She oversees timelines, production, and vendor coordination to ensure every order arrives on time & on budget. With over 15 years in operations and supply chain management, she’s known for catching the details others miss. Outside of work, you’ll find her on the sidelines of a softball field cheering on her daughter.

Neepa Shah
Neepa manages the systems and logistics that turn ideas into finished campaigns. She leads production planning, vendor coordination, and scheduling to ensure every order meets both deadlines and budgets. With 3+ years at Relevant, she’s known for anticipating challenges and solving them before they arise. Outside of work, you’ll find her relaxing with her kids & hubby.

Cirsten specializes in branding and marketing visuals that help your brand stand out! With over five years at Relevant, she’s known for her collaborative approach and ability to deliver high-quality work efficiently. Cirsten works closely with clients and our team to bring ideas to life—whether through custom merchandise, print materials, or digital designs.

Kayley Payne
Kayley oversees Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, ensuring the financial side of every project stays organized and on track. With over 10 years in operations, she streamlines processes, maintains accurate records, and supports both our clients and team. Outside of work, you’ll find her spending time with her family and finishing her master's degree in education.
